♡NEW ONLINE GROUP HYPNOBIRTHING COURSE DATES♡

I've been a bit quiet on here lately as I've been super busy supporting my lovely ‘Mamas & Papas to be’ through 1-1/group in person & online courses & we've had lots of #labouroflovehypnobirthing babies arriving! I just love hearing from their Mamas & Papas of their beautiful babies entering the world safely & how my Hypnobirthing course has helped them have such a wonderful birth experience, especially when things haven't quite gone to plan & they've had to manage the many twists & turns their labour & births have taken.

Hypnobirthing has made them feel empowered, prepared, knowledgable & more in control to make important decisions.

I'm SO SO happy that we have another gorgeous #labouroflovehypnobirthing baby boy to celebrate 💙💙HUGE Congratulations to @jessicalucyorton & @ortielad on the amazing job you did in bringing Gray safely into the world💙💙

You both prepared so much for Gray's arrival with your Hypnobirthing practice, which enabled you to manage a challenging final stage of pregnancy waiting for your 'overdue' labour to start & then a super speedy labour with Gray being born very quickly, with just gas & air in the birthing pool - HOW AMAZING!

It makes me SO happy that you've had such a wonderful birth experience this time around. I'm so proud of how you advocated for yourself during your pregnancy & used all of your knowledge from the course!
